CHANGES:

Our Jewelry does not have the right to exchange under any circumstances.

Hécate Joyas does not adhere to the right of withdrawal.

Unless the product has a manufacturing defect, in this only case, from the moment of purchase you have 7 days to make an exchange or return. The product must be in perfect condition, show no evidence of use and come in its original packaging, including all packaging sent in perfect condition. 

Once we receive the product, there will be a maximum period of 30 business days to resend the changed product.

It is important that you consider that the product change will be subject to available stock.

REFUND OF MONEY

The money will be refunded for the following reason:

When the product fails.

To do this, contact us via email:

Send us the product in the same conditions that you received it: original packaging.

Once received, it will be reviewed in our workshop and if the failure is attributable to the manufacturing, we will refund the money within 7 business days.

If for any reason the product sent is not in the same conditions as it was shipped (original packaging, observation that the product has suffered some damage, or has been used), Hécate will not refund the money and will proceed to send it again to the customer in the same conditions that it was received


IMPORTANT

• All exchanges are subject to available stock.
• If the product was purchased at a clearance sale or with a discount coupon and the exchange is only for the size or color of the same product, the value of the product purchased at www.Hecate.cl is respected, so no difference should be canceled.
• If the purchased product is not available for exchange and you wish to exchange for another product from the current season or from another product line, you must cancel the difference, if any. The difference is paid via bank transfer.

                                                          Warranty

All our products are covered by the guarantee established in Article 20 of the consumer protection law.

That means that for 3 months from the moment of purchase, we are responsible for any failure attributable to manufacturing defects.

The following are excluded from this guarantee:

Stone breakage attributable to falls, external pressure, knocks, misuse.

Deformation of rings due to misuse, blows, crushing.

Cutting chains due to pulling or because they have been handled roughly.

Darkening of the metal, since it is a natural chemical process that varies with the pH of each person.
