Dispatches

It is the responsibility of each buyer to ensure that the address and shipping information entered are correct. If you have placed your order and the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to try to resolve it. Please note that once orders have been processed they cannot be modified or cancelled. In the event that the buyer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer must be responsible for the cost of new shipping.

Shipments are not made to Chilean Antarctica, Easter Island and Juan Fernández Island.

Order Tracking

Once the order is packed, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and its link so you can check the status of the shipment.


Customer Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for following up on their purchase and its receipt.

Hécate Joyas is not responsible for delays that Couriers may have, or for the reasons: “wrong address”, “no one at home”, “closed address”, etc. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is at the address entered to receive the order.

Hécate Joyas is not responsible for loss, damage or return of the product by the Courier due to it not being picked up at the branch or receipt at home.

If for any reason you do not receive the shipment on the maximum date delivered by the Shipping Company, immediately contact us to help you.

    Delivery Responsibility

    At Hécate Joyas we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, therefore We will respond to the loss of the product, as long as the loss is the exclusive responsibility of the Shipping Company.

    In this case Hécate will send the same product (subject to Stock) exchange or refund within 10 business days and only once informed by the Courier that the shipment was considered lost.

    This information is very important since before sending the new product or processing the exchange or return, the transport company must exhaust all search opportunities for the shipment.
